Substitutions

At Raddish, we strive to accommodate the needs of all families. Below please find some recommended substitutes for our Rad-Families with dietary restrictions. Measurements may vary based on substitute.

Gluten-Free 

Garden Lasagna Pots >> use rice paper (in place of wonton wrappers)

Fresh Carrot Cake >> use gluten-free flour (in place of all-purpose flour)

Dairy Allergy

Rainbow Salad Skewers with Green Garden Dip >> use 1 cup canned coconut milk and 1 Tbsp lemon juice (in place of buttermilk), use Vegenaise (in place of mayonnaise)  

Garden Lasagna Pots >> use tofu ricotta (in place of ricotta), use Go Veggie dairy free mozzarella shreds (in place of mozzarella)

Fresh Carrot Cake >> use ENER-G egg replacer (in place of eggs), use Earth Balance (in place of butter), use dairy-free cream cheese, such as Tofutti (in place of cream cheese)
