Dietary Substitutions for Winter Wonderland

Gluten-Free
Snowcapped Cinnamon Rolls >> Use gluten-free flour instead of regular flour.
Winter White Mac and Cheese >> Use a gluten-free macaroni, gluten-free flour, and gluten-free bread crumbs.

Dairy Allergy
Snowcapped Cinnamon Rolls >> Use a dairy-free milk, such as almond, rice, soy, or coconut.  Use a dairy-free butter, such as Earth Balance.
Winter White Mac and Cheese >> Use a dairy-free Monterey jack and Cheddar cheese, such as Daiya or Follow Your Heart.  Use a dairy-free grated Parmesan cheese, such as Go Veggie! Foods.  Instead of whole milk, use a dairy-free milk, such as almond, rice, soy, or coconut.  Use a dairy-free butter, such as Earth Balance.
