"Hands down, my favorite vacation spot is the island of Puerto Rico! Not only are the people as noble and hospitable as they come, the food is out-of-this-world delicious. Full of culture, natural beauty, and passport-free, it's truly a spot to vacation in paradise. Here's my favorite way to start our day of exploring in Puerto Rico: a cream cheese filled puff pastry called Quesito."

"One of my favorite vacation spots is Riviera Maya, Mexico. What I remember most about visiting this location a few times are the street tacos that I would always get when I would go to the local areas for shopping. This taco that I made may not come close to a real authentic fish taco, but it definitely reminds me of Mexico when I bite into one for sure."

I love taking advantage of the warmer temperatures and enjoy scenic hikes on one of the many mountain trails. My husband and I love to bring these Monster Cookie Energy Bites to enjoy as a snack while on the trails."
