Substitutions

At Raddish, we strive to accommodate the needs of all families. Below please find some recommended substitutes for our Rad Families with dietary restrictions. Measurements may vary based on substitute.

Gluten-Free 

Doodle Noodle Bowls >> use quinoa pasta or other gluten-free pasta (in place of whole wheat pasta), Bragg liquid aminos all purpose seasoning (in place of soy sauce).

Painted Pastry Fruit Tart >> use gluten-free flour (in place of all-purpose flour)

Dairy-Free

Carved Cucumber Boats >> use extra-firm tofu, soaked in saltwater (in place of feta)

Painted Pastry Fruit Tart >> use Earth Balance (in place of butter), dairy-free cream cheese, such as Tofutti (in place of cream cheese)
