When a new order is placed, the order will be processed on the next business day unless otherwise selected at checkout.

We also offer the option to purchase your membership now, and delay your first shipment until December or January! Simply click “Gift + Shipping Options” in step 3 of the shopping cart, and select your preferred shipping option. 

Those who select to ship their kit on or by December 10th can expect delivery prior to 12/25.

Due to high holiday shipping volume, there could be delays. We encourage you to shop early! You can purchase now and opt to have your order ship later. Domestic orders placed by Tuesday, December 19th are estimated to arrive by December 25th. International orders should be placed by Thursday, December 7th.

As delays in transit can be caused by external factors after a package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you placed your order after the holiday shipping deadline, or your kit has experienced unexpected delays, you can print a gift note to let the recipient know that Raddish is on the way!

Your first kit will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless you selected to have your first kit delayed and shipped out on/by December 10th or on/by January 10th during the checkout process. If you selected delayed shipping, expect a tracking email within 72 hours of your selected shipping date. 

After the first kit ships, subsequent kits will ship out with an expected delivery date between the 5th and the 10th of each following month. We try our best to have all of our members receive their kits around the same time, so that our community can share the same experiences at the same time! While delays can of course occur during transit, we do our best to ensure that our monthly delivery dates are as close to this window as possible.

Simply purchase the membership and supply the shipping address for where you intend the first kit to ship to. Then, once the first kit has shipped out (you will receive a shipping confirmation), log in to your account. You can then click on "Edit" next to your membership, and there you can update the address for subsequent kits. Addresses will just need to be updated by the 23rd of the month prior, to make sure the next month's kit is routed to the correct address.

If you have already placed your order and want to make adjustments to the shipping address of your first kit, please reach out to us at hello@raddishkids.com or 310-450-3462. Kits shipping immediately may not be able to update their address once the order has been placed- reach out right away so we can do our best to help.

To sign up for an additional membership, you can visit our Join page and go through the same sign up process for each additional membership. If you use the same billing email address for both accounts, your memberships will be linked within your billing portal.
