Can I purchase now, and have the gift ship out later?
Absolutely! This feature is available at checkout under shipping options. Just select “Holiday Hold: Christmas” to ship your kit out by 12/10 (for expected delivery by 12/25!), or Holiday Hold: New Year” to ship your kit out by 1/10/25.

When should I place my order to ensure delivery by Christmas?
Shop early! Purchase now and select December delivery at checkout.
Orders placed by 12/15 with free domestic shipping are estimated to arrive by 12/25. Expedited shipping upgrades are available through 12/22. For APO/FPO, order by 12/1, and for International addresses, order by 12/8, for holiday delivery.
Delays in transit can be caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you placed your order after the holiday shipping deadline, or your kit has experienced unexpected delays, you can print a gift note to let the recipient know that Raddish is on the way!

When will my package ship?
Your first kit will ship out on the next business day, unless you select to delay your first shipment until 12/10 or 1/10/25 during checkout (under shipping options). If you selected delayed shipping, expect a tracking email within 72 hours of your selected shipping date.
After the first kit ships, subsequent kits will ship out with an expected delivery date between the 5th and the 10th of each following month. We try our best to have all of our members receive their kits around the same time, so that our community can share the same experiences at the same time! While delays can of course occur during transit, we do our best to ensure that our monthly delivery dates are as close to this window as possible.

How do I send the first kit to another address?
When purchasing, enter the shipping address for the first kit. After the first kit has shipped out (you will receive a shipping confirmation email), log in at raddishkids.com, click on "Edit" next to your membership, and update the shipping address for future kits. Addresses must be updated by the 23rd of each month to ensure the next month's kit ships to the correct address.
If you have just placed your order and want to change the shipping address of your first kit, reach out to us at hello@raddishkids.com or 310-450-3462. Kits shipping immediately may not be able to update their address once the order has been placed- reach out right away so we can do our best to help. -
I already have a membership! How do I purchase another one for someone else?
To sign up for an additional membership, you can visit our Join page and go through the same sign up process for each additional membership. If you use the same billing email address for both accounts, your memberships will be linked within your billing portal.

In 2006, I left behind my career as a middle school social studies teacher to teach cooking to kids. I quickly discovered the kitchen is the tastiest place to learn, and through cooking, kids discover diverse cultures, mix math, simmer science, taste history, and so much more. I successfully operated kids’ cooking classes, camps, and parties in the Los Angeles area for over a decade, and when I became a mom, I saw firsthand that cooking with my own kids presented a powerful opportunity to discover, learn, laugh, connect, and make memories together. Raddish Kids was created in 2014, bringing our experience and expertise into family kitchens across the country -- and today, the world!
